Q: How did you come up with your Twitter handle?

A: I have been called "Bocko" by my friends since I was very young.  So naturally I took that nickname and added my lacrosse number to the end of it.

 

Q: How often do you check Twitter? How often do you Tweet?

A: I check twitter around 5 times a day.  It provides great entertainment and also gets me up to date news.  I usually tweet 2-3 times a day unless something special is going on.  I don't like the people that let you know every little thing that has happened in their day or is on their mind.  Just give me the important stuff.

 

Q: What hashtags do you frequently use?

A: #RanchLax for my Highlands Ranch HS team, #NextYear referring to the Miami Dolphins (our motto), and of course #LetsRide for all you Outlaws fans.

 

Q: What do you mainly use Twitter for?

A: To make fun of my friends.

 

Q: How/do you use Twitter to promote your brand or business?

A: I use it to inform people about my family's sleepover lacrosse adventure camp @X10MtLacrosse and to inform people about my lacrosse club teams and camps @DoCoLax.  It is a great way for parents to see pictures of their kids during camp (while they are away) and a way to update them on our teams' results during tournaments.

 

Q: Which of your teammates has the best tweets and why?

A: I am going to have to say Eric Martin (@GoldenStateLax) because he has no filter.  The guy is not afraid to make fun of anyone, including himself.  It is important to have a sense of humor.  Jesse Schwartzman (@schwarty19) is a close second, he always lets you know which Phish song he is jamming out to.

 

Q: What are some of the MLL players you follow?

A: I follow all of my Outlaw teammates except for Dillon Roy (D_ROY91) because he is just straight boring.  Outside of the Outlaws, I follow most my old teammates from Hopkins along with some guys I compete against.  It helps motivate you when you see how hard the enemy (@PaulRabil) is working.  If you want a new tweeter to follow you've got to go with our very own Lee Zink (@Lzn29.)

 

Q: Someone who you wouldn’t think I follow is:

A: Missy Franklin (@FranklinMissy). It is impossible to not be impressed with what she has accomplished already.

 

Q: Whose tweets can’t you miss?

A: Our Outlaws assistant TO the General Manager @connan22 aka Jon Cohen

 

Q: I wish ________________ was on Twitter because:

A: Kim Jong-un.  He is young, dumb and powerful.  I'm sure his tweets would be "insanely" entertaining.

 

Q: Who do you wish followed you on Twitter?

A: Tim Tebow (@TimTebow), I am big fan and would be happy with just a Retweet every once in a while.
