2012: Bocklet ranked seventh on the Outlaws with 17 goals and 20 points, despite only playing seven games as a rookie... Earned a pair of MLL Rookie of the Week honors and two Player of the Game Awards... Ranked second in the league with a .548 (17-31) shooting percentage that ranked 13th in league history... Earned his first career Rookie of the Week recognition after scoring three goals with two assists in his MLL debut to help Denver to a 16-8 win at Ohio (6/9)... Named Rookie of the Week and Bud Light Player of the Game after scoring four goals in the Outlaws’ 17-13 win vs. Ohio (7/4)... Named the Player of the Game in Denver’s historic comeback win in the MLL Semifinals against L.I. (8/25) after posting six goals, five of which came in the second half... His six goals in the semifinal game were one shy of the all-time MLL record... Bocklet finished his career at the University of Virginia with 137 goals, 28 assists (165 total points), 112 ground balls in 63 games (52 starts)... Totaled nine game-winning goals and only committed one penalty in his four-year career... Ranked 10th in the nation in goals per game (2.44) as a junior and led the country with a goal-scoring streak of 35 games... Led the team with 53 goals as a sophomore and was named an honorable mention All-American by USILA.
Bocklet was rated as the No. 7 recruit in the country by Inside Lacrosse following his career at John Jay High School in Cross River, N.Y.... Earned four letters in lacrosse and two in football... Two-time high-school All-American and participated in the Under Armour All-American Game... Four-time all-league and three-time all-section honoree... Scored 218 goals and added 132 assists, setting school records in both categories... Also played quarterback and defensive back, earning third-team all-state honors as a safety... Served as the offensive coordinator for Wheat Ridge High School, which earned the Colorado 4A State Championship in 2013... His older brother, Matt, is a defenseman on the Outlaws...
