TICKET SALES
Job Title: Ticket Sales Account Executive
The Denver Outlaws of Major League Lacrosse are seeking a goal driven, high-energy, highly-motivated, competitive account executive who wants to build a career in the sports industry. This account executive position is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season and group tickets.
The selected candidate will work directly with the Director of Ticket Sales and have access to the necessary materials required to assist with the closing of sales to a wide range of targets. This is a full time sales position.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Generate new business revenue through a mixture of methods, including cold calls, face to face appointments, outside events and networking
• Achieve established sales goals
• Conduct 80 - 100 new business calls on a daily basis
• Organize own call lists to complete follow up calls and e-mails in addition to new business calls
• Perform face to face sales presentations with new prospects
• Develop relationships by calling on self-generated leads and lists provided of former customers
• Establish professional relationships with emphasis on generating referrals and repeat business
• Responsible for maintaining and servicing specific accounts. Provide service to all ticket holders on a day to day basis
•Attend outside community, lacrosse and networking events
• Coordinate and execute game day events for group and season ticket holders
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 years ticket sales experience in sports industry
• Excellent and friendly phone presence
• Professional appearance to conduct face to face business meetings
• Goal driven and high energy

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:

The Denver Outlaws marketing and ticket sales departments are now accepting intern applications for 2012. Please note the Outlaws are currently only accepting applicants who will be receiving school credit for this internship. This is a non-paid internship.

The Denver Outlaws are currently seeking Marketing and Ticket Sales interns who will focus on marketing, community relations, event planning and ticket sales. The Marketing and Ticket Sales interns will learn the sales process and utilize those skills by picking up the phone and making calls to ticket leads. They will also assist with the Outlaws’ Reading Program, grass-roots marketing campaigns and sponsorships.
