Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Denver Outlaws.
Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled or if you are unable to attend event due to health reasons (requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis). A doctors note is required for any health related refund requests. A refund must be requested at least 2 days (48 hours) before the event to ensure a full refund. Refunds will
NOT be given after the event date.

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after requested. Refund will go directly back onto the card that you used to first submit the payment.
